Shannon Chin

a little bit about me

I am a passionate designer. Whether it is web, graphic, or interior design, I love designing and there is no doubt about it. However, I also enjoy programming because it allows me to take my ideas from design to fruition. In this sense, I believe that programming is more of an art than a science. While science is about the existence of things, art is about creation and bringing something into existence. Some of my many other interests include reading comic books, dancing, baking, and filmmaking. You can learn more about my journey to finding my passion here.

I am currently attending Baruch College and pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration. I am majoring in Computer Information Systems and double minoring in Theatre and New Media Arts. I am a transfer student from Binghamton University and was previously studying biology/biochemisty at my last school.
